2. Defective or Damaged Items
While we maintain rigorous quality control standards, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, we will address the issue through product replacement or store credit, at our discretion. To be eligible:
- You must report the issue within 5 business days of delivery.
- Include clear photographs of the damage and a detailed description of the problem.
- The item must be unused and remain in original packaging, if applicable.
